Reservations and Payment
Four-night minimum stay is required, with a 50% down payment to hold reservation.
Balance is due 21 days prior to arrival.
$200 USD security deposit must be made at time of payment – which is
fully refundable as long as no damage is inflicted to the house and its contents.
Cancellations or Refunds
In case of cancellation:
- 21 days or more before arrival, full refund minus $100 USD administrative
charge.
- 20 days or less, no refund, unless house is re-rented, minus
$100 USD administrative charge.
Policies
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the houses.
No pets allowed.
