Reservations and Payment
Four-night minimum stay is required,
with a 50% down payment to hold reservation.
Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
$250 USD security deposit must be made at time
of down payment – which is fully refundable as
long as no damage is inflicted to the house and its
contents.

Cancellations or Refunds
In case of cancellation:
- 31 days or more before arrival,
full refund minus $100 USD administrative charge.
- 30 days or less, no refund, unless house is re-
rented, minus $100 USD administrative charge.

Rates include daily maid service
for general house cleaning.
Free wi-fi.
Cook service is available. Please
inquire about prices and availability.
Both houses have laundry rooms
with washer and dryer.
Grounds keeper lives on premises.
